Challenge

Increase the client's teams capacity, due to a high level of demand for projects in the retail area, as well as the desire to create a program for promoting new talents, with the perspective of training them for specific client technologies.

Solution

Development of a program for promoting new talents/newly graduated professionals with the ability to enter the technological world.

In addition, we have allocated consultants to reinforce teams lacking resources.
